Junko Enoshima
Junko Enoshima is the Ultimate Fashionista and she is also the Ultimate Despair, the main antagonist of the game, also know as the Puppeteer. She made her sister dress up as her and pretend to be her in the beginning and immediately kills her off so "Junko Enoshima" would be dead. Throughout the whole game, she is assumed to be dead until she is revealed to be the one behind Monokuma. She appears in front of them all as the Puppeteer and she causes them conflict and despair as she makes them remember what has happened on the outside and how they had all killed their friends. Her personality and mannerisms switch and is very unstable as she switches between one of five personalities, her "Monokuma" personality, her extremely cute personality, her despairingly depressed and bored personality, her egotistical personality and her sophisticated personality. She is intelligent, cunning and extremely manipulative and she constantly tries to make the remaining survivors despair as they were forced to vote for Makoto to be guilty, even though he was innocent and when he was brought back, she made them vote between hope and despair and if even one of them vote despair, they will all remain in the Academy where it is safe BUT Makoto would be executed in another horrible, torturous execution. Since everyone ended up voting for Hope, she fell into extreme despair and was crazily happy and drooling as she hit the button of her own execution. She hugs a Monokuma plushie as she is led towards a crusher and dies in a splatter of blood.
