Mondo Owada
Mondo Owada is the Ultimate Biker Gang Leader and as his title says, he was the leader of Japan's largest and fiercest biker gang, The Crazy Diamonds. The was the second leader, after his elder brother, Daiya which died in a biking accident. Their names together are Daiya and Mondo, thus the name of the gang being The Crazy Diamonds. He has a foul mouth and is considered your average delinquent as he acts on instinct and is very violent. He was almost killed in the very beginning as he grabbed Monokuma and Monokuma exploded. He managed to survive because Kirigiri told him to throw it, which he did as instructed. Mondo, being the rebel that he was, did not get along with Ishimaru, the prefect, but after a challenge and an overnighter in the sauna, the two become extremely close and had become "brothers." This led to a very sad ending when Mondo was found guilty for the murder of Chihiro as he was jealous of Chihiro being able to overcome his secret while Mondo could not get over the fact that he had caused the death of his brother in a final bike race before his brother was meant to retire from being leader. Mondo was also struggling as Chihiro kept on pointing out how manly and strong Mondo was, when he thought he wasn't. As a final attempt to make up with Chihiro, Mondo destroyed Chihiro's e-Handbook, hoping to keep his gender secret. His life ended with a tragic goodbye to his best friend, Ishimaru, before he is dragged away for his execution.
